Woke up around 7:30am and could hear the roosters in the background. Apparently, it is very common to hear roosters and barking dogs throughout the Cay.
What a gorgeous morning.
I went kayaking around the Cay. It was so calm. The water was so clear however I never noticed any fish around the mangrove. It was nice to get some exercise.
10:30am- Donny Adeler from the Bahamas, who was recommended by the post office lady, came to repair our fridge. Looks like we need a new compressor. We placed an order for a new one from West Palm Beach and it will be shipped Monday or Tuesday,
Steve was there to help him.
11:00am- We saw dolphins in the bay and saw a turtle pop up when the tides where coming in.
Terry borrowed my kayak and they happened to swim all around her. She was so thrilled.
11:30- Terry and John picked me up to go do laundry while Steve stayed behind with Donny to work on the fridge. They also showed me were they keep their boat all summer while they go back home.
2:00pm- Steve and I went to a marina to take a shower. It cost $4.00 for 8 minutes. It felt so good.
Pigs greeted us at the beach
They devoured the cat food which Terry brought for them.
The town provides them with water
The pig sure enjoyed the belly rub from Steve
On our way back, we picked up a couple of blocks of ice for our fridge in town.
4:30pm-Terry and John came on the boat for Hors D'Oeuvres and drinks as we watch the sun set.

Steve and I both woke up around 7am and watch the sun rise.
Steve tried getting the water maker going however one of the screws came off caused probably by vibration. We have to wait until Monday when the marina opens. That is one thing we have to get used to. Everything seems to close at noon and no one is in a hurry to do anything. We are learning to chill.
12:00pm- After we had a bite to eat, we decided to explore the town. It is so quaint and everyone so friendly.
The roads are very narrow in town
Memorial
It was funny to see CIBC bank
It was funnier to see the hours.
Bahama license plate
Steve can never resist petting the pets. These dogs were very comfortable
We noticed these people bringing lumber from their boat to bring to their home repairs
There was a wedding and it was funny to see the couple in a golf cart
Everyone rides a golf cart. You can rent them
I just couldn't believe we had this whole beach to ourselves.
Beautiful Bahamian Water
Steve was the first one in the water
I couldn't believe I was in the Bahamian waters
