December 4, 2016 - Preparing for the Holidays!

Preparing for the Holidays??? Hmmm....that is difficult to do in this weather but Nicky and Brent sure know how to do it in Florida style!

8:30am- I attended Nicky's yoga session on the beach while Steve and Brent fished off the beach with the kids. 

After our session, Nicky, Steve and I went for breakfast at Mulligans while Brent brought the kids home to get the Xmas decorations out. 

When we arrived there, we all went shopping for a Christmas tree.  It really felt weird doing that in such hot weather.

 Came back to their house , put Christmas music on, decorated the tree, made cookies, watched a Xmas video and had a wonderful evening preparing for the Holidays.

Steve was teasing Parker with wedgies.  So funny.

I teased the kids by putting a gift under the tree to start the festivities.  Of course, Nanna let them open them before leaving.  I just love seeing the excitement in their eyes.  Lyla has this high pitch squealing noise when she gets excited. 

After dinner, we all sat outside admiring the lights which Nicky put up around the pool.
