It was 82 degrees and humid early this morning, so Steve and I decided to go to the beach.
While Steve fished, I sat in a chair dipping my feet in the ocean. SO nice.
We saw a huge sailboat in the distance.
Noticed the bird in this photo. Who do you think was the better fisherman today?
12:00- We went out for lunch.
1:30pm- Steve met up with Duane while I did a little sewing.
5:30pm- I dropped Steve off at Nicky and Brent place while I met Nicky for a yoga session with her yoga teacher. I couldn't believe I managed to do 1.5 of yoga and meditation. It sure felt good. Steve and Brent stayed home with the kids. Nicky and I rushed home after classes knowing there was a roast waiting for us. We were starving.

This morning, Steve and I went out shopping. Trying to get some Christmas shopping done. Steve was so happy to pick up the fishing rod which I purchased for him as a combo Christmas and Anniversary gift. Now I know he can't wait to fish off our boat in the Bahamas.
In the afternoon, while he oiled our bikes and cleaned them up, I did some sewing.
6:00- A couple from Montreal, which we met at the marina, came over for drinks and hors D'Oeuvres. They had an unfortunate situation where they need to get a new engine in their boat. They may not be able to go to the Bahamas for probably a month before it is resolved.
After dinner, Steve and I finished watching the episode in the series "The Crown". There were 10 episodes.

Woke up this morning with sailfish fisherman getting ready to head out. There is a big fishing tournament this weekend. Today they were each bringing out a veteran.
John Hanrahan and Terry Finnigan from Halifax on the Primera Vista (Beneteau 43) who are also staying at the marina came over for a visit on our boat. When I found out that John played guitar and ukulele, I brought mine out and he started playing them. We will have them over another night and jam. Yeah!
2:30pm- While I picked up Lyla and Parker from school early, Steve and Brent went fishing. They caught a Mahi Mahi.
We all went to Mulligan's restaurant for dinner. Steve and I were back at the boat at 9pm

So proud of my grand daughter Lyla who received an honor award for art and she also received a gold medal for making the honor roll.

I did a little sewing in the morning.
1:00pm- we went grocery shopping with a couple who are also staying at the marina. They do not have a car, so we thought we would ask them to come with us. There names are Andree and George Paquettes on the Out'n About.
5:00pm- went on Andree and Georges' boat for hors D'Oeuvres. It was wasn't evening. We were back at the boat around 7:30pm and we're definitely not hungry because of the great hors D'Oeuvres. Later we just munched on junk food.
